These terms describe the use of the Vision Creatives website and its workspaces. The scope and commercial terms of a client project belong in the proposal or service agreement for that project.
Website and enquiries
The site introduces Vision Creatives, presents selected work, and provides a way to contact the team. Send accurate information and only act for a business if you are authorized to do so.
Submitting a form requests a conversation. It does not reserve a meeting time, start a paid engagement, or confirm that Vision has accepted a project. The team will coordinate the next steps with you.
Project agreements
Services begin after the relevant proposal or agreement is accepted. Deliverables, fees, advertising budgets, schedules, revision rounds, third-party costs, cancellation terms, refunds, and ownership arrangements must be set out in that agreement.
These website terms do not introduce a subscription, payment obligation, refund policy, or project guarantee. If a signed project agreement addresses the same subject differently, that agreement governs the project to the extent permitted by law.
Workspace access
Real client and administrator workspaces use a Vision email and password account. An account also needs the appropriate Vision invitation or authorization; choosing ‘Admin Login’ does not grant administrator access.
Use only the workspace and files you are authorized to access. Keep invitation links private, use your own authorized account, and tell the team if an account or link appears to have been misused. Vision may pause access to address a security issue, misuse, or a change in the working relationship.
Separate test workspaces contain fictional data. Actions in them do not create or alter a real client project.
Files and materials you provide
Only submit material you own or have permission to share for the work, including any necessary rights relating to people, music, footage, images, trademarks, and personal information.
You retain the rights you already have in submitted material. Providing it allows Vision and the people supporting your project to use it for responding to your request and carrying out the agreed work. It does not transfer ownership or grant unrelated advertising or publication rights.
Keep your own copies of important files. The workspace supports project delivery and communication; it should not be your only archive. Individual file uploads are limited to 40 MB.
Project updates and approvals
Project stages, dates, reports, and follow-up notes reflect information entered by the team. They may change as the work progresses. Flag any error or unclear instruction with your Vision contact.
Review deliverables before approving them and use the available feedback controls to describe requested changes. An approval records a project decision; its effect on delivery, revisions, or billing is determined by the relevant project agreement.
Recording an invoice, payment, expense, or reminder in the portal does not itself move money, send a message, or book an external calendar event.
Portfolio examples and results
Case studies describe particular projects and reporting periods. Results depend on factors such as the business, budget, offer, market, and timing; past outcomes do not guarantee future performance.
Confidential projects may use anonymized names or labels. Dashboard examples marked ‘Training examples’ or ‘Simulated data’ are educational illustrations, not evidence of actual client results. Client names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, impersonate someone, attempt to bypass access controls, inspect another client's private information, interfere with the service, or use the site for unlawful activity. Do not reuse another client's material without permission.
Vision may restrict access to address misuse or protect affected users and records. Any project-specific consequences remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Third-party services and availability
External links, hosting, authentication, and other third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability. Review them before supplying information or relying on those services.
We work to keep the website and workspaces usable, but interruptions, errors, or maintenance may occur. Contact the team if access fails or a record appears incorrect; urgent project instructions should also be sent through your established project contact.
Privacy and applicable rights
Our Privacy Policy explains information collected through the website and workspaces and how to make a privacy request. Project-specific confidentiality or data-handling commitments should be documented in the relevant agreement.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not replace any mandatory obligations that apply to Vision or its clients.
Updates and questions
Updates to these website terms will be posted here with a revised date. Posting an update does not by itself amend a signed client agreement or retroactively authorize a new use of previously collected information.
