This notice explains how Vision Creatives, a marketing team based in Dallas, Texas, handles information through this website and its client and management workspaces.
Information we receive
The information we receive depends on how you use the site:
- Enquiries: your name, email address, chosen service, optional business website or social profile, and the message you submit.
- Workspace identity: the name, verified email address, and account identifier used for your Vision account, together with your invitation and access status. Authentication is processed by Supabase; passwords are not stored in Vision’s project records.
- Project information: briefs, project stages, dates, uploaded files, shared links, comments, creative reviews, reports, and documents you or the Vision team add.
- Business records: invoice details, recorded income and expenses, responsible-person labels, follow-up notes, and access-change history entered by authorized users. The site does not provide a payment-card checkout.
- Technical information: our hosting and sign-in providers may process IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect the service.
How information is used
We use submitted information to review and respond to enquiries, organize agreed work, provide workspace access, share deliverables, record approvals, and manage project and business records. We also use it to address errors, investigate misuse, and meet obligations that apply to our work.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to an automated marketing email list. The current site does not automatically send Slack messages or synchronize meetings with Google Calendar.
Keeping information
Enquiries and workspace records remain available for handling requests, delivering projects, and maintaining relevant business records. Retention depends on the purpose of a record, the project agreement, and applicable obligations; there is no single automatic deletion period for all records.
Ending access or signing out does not automatically delete project files or records. You can ask us to review information for correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for contractual, accounting, security, or legal reasons.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask what information we hold about you and request access, correction, a copy, or deletion. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to object to certain uses or appeal a decision.
Use the privacy request form or email address below and describe your request. Provide a reply email, but do not include passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents. We may ask for proportionate verification before releasing or changing information. You may also contact the Vision person handling your project.
If you want us to review a response, send another privacy request marked ‘Privacy appeal’ and include the earlier reference number. We review requests and any appeals in line with applicable law; submitting a request is not an automated deletion or account-change action.
Information supplied for a client project
If a client supplies personal information about other people, the client must have authority to share it for the agreed work. If your request relates to a business whose marketing Vision manages, contact that business as well; it may be responsible for deciding how its customer information is used.
Please do not use general enquiry forms or routine project uploads for medical records, government identifiers, account passwords, or full payment-card information. Discuss any special handling needs with the team before sharing sensitive material.
Security and location of processing
The workspaces use sign-in checks and account permissions to restrict access. No website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep invitation links private and contact the team if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our team and service providers may process information outside your state or country. Do not assume that all data stays in a particular location; contact us before submitting information that has specific location requirements.
Children
This site is intended for business enquiries and authorized project users, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, use the privacy request form so we can review it.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when the site's information practices change and show the revised date. Any notice or consent required for a material change will be handled before applying that change where required.
